The successful high bidder will be required to put down 11½% of the Sale Price. The 11½% will serve as earnest money, which will include a 1½% Buyers Premium. Payment can be made in the form of two checks, one for 10% of the sale price and one for the 1½% Buyers Premium, or can be made in cash. No credit cards will be accepted. The earnest money of 10% of the sale price and 1½% Buyers Premium is Non-Refundable. Closing on the boat must be within two weeks of the auction date. All Boats Subject To Prior Sale.
